To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
— Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
— Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
— Be returned with original tags and packaging
Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
How to Initiate a Return
We at L’Oeuvre try to adopt sustainable and eco-friendly practices hence your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices.. Instead, we ask that you request your return electronically by accessing by emailing us on email@example.com.
Your returned item must arrive at L’Oeuvre no later than 30 days after your delivery date.
Please note, return label must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you ship your return within one week to ensure that it arrives at L’Oeuvre within the desired time.
Please note that it is important to ship international and domestic packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
